So far this morning we signed Vietnamese passport documents and got a local SIM card for Maelle's phone. Expected adoption ceremony tomorrow.
However, at the last minute Maelle is off to get Cam Tu at the orphanage, and Noah and I will go I the Vietnam passport bureau and we all meet at the department of justice for the adoption ceremony at 15:30.
Given that it is now 12:00 this seems like an unrealistic time estimate. You need to have a very flexible attitude for the administrative process here. We will see what gets accomplished by 17:00.
